Associate attorney with experience in civil, family, corporate and administrative law, as well as bidding processes and public contracts. Rafaela obtained her Law degree from the Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba – Curitiba/PR, with a specialization in Administrative Law from the Institute of Law Romeu Felipe Bacellar – Curitiba/PR.
