Partner with experience in corporate, civil, administrative, constitutional and tax law, with emphasis in strategic litigation and arbitration, in addition to providing consulting services.

Throughout her career, she has accumulated vast experience of acting in the Brazilian Superior Courts. Karen obtained her Law degree from the School of Law of São Bernardo do Campo – SP, with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law and Civil Procedure at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) – São Paulo/SP. Admitted to the Bar Association of the State of São Paulo.  Appointed as a member of the Superior Council for Legal Affairs at Fiesp – Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (2022).
